1. Important Notice on Cut-to-Length Items
At Texaloria Fabrics Inc., we offer precision services. Please note:
- Cut Fabrics: Fabrics sold by the yard/meter are cut specifically for you and are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made curtains or rugs are final sale.
2. Eligibility for Returns (Standard Items Only)
Standard-sized rugs and un-cut rolls can be returned within 14 days. Items must be:
- Free of Odors: No smoke, pet, or perfume smells.
- Unprocessed: No washing, cutting, or sewing.
- Original Condition: In original packaging and free of stains.
3. Dye Lot & Color Disclaimer
Colors may vary slightly between dye lots and digital screens. These variations are inherent to the textile industry and do not qualify as defects.
4. Fees
A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns for non-quality reasons. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
